Road Trip in Style

So in this economy, luxury travel is not so cool anymore.  The thought of paying hundreds for hotel room for one night when people cannot or can barely pay their mortgage seems a bit pretentious.  That’s why life’s simple pleasures are back en vogue like ice cream and stay-cations.  Well to take that further, how about the classic road trip, but in one of these…

A custom Mini Clubman towing a custom Airstream!  This Aistream is loaded with a fold-out sleeping platform, dining area, lounge area, and small sink area (for kitchen duties and brushing your teeth I assume). Who could say no to the Dornbracht wall mounted faucet? The egg chairs are a bit excessive. How about we take Madeleine’s baby Bertoia chairs? 🙂
